Pinit Furniture Partnership Agreement

 

Legal Terms:

Partner: Craftsman and company that will be completing the custom work within the Pinit Furniture Network

Suppler: Pinit Furniture partner

 

Partnership Overview:

Pinit Furniture is a sales broker and customer originator to provide an enhanced customer experience and finds the right craftsman for their project.  Once a craftsman quote has been accepted by the prospect, Pinit Furniture will introduce the supplier to the customer, provide a project manager to maintain customer satisfaction and help supply progress pictures to take place. Pinit furniture will be responsible for payment processing and coordinating delivery. All partners are independent entities.

 

Membership Dues:

There are four types of memberships offered by Pinit Furniture.  Pinit Furniture offers local, national and branded national and premium partner membership.

  1. The Local Membership is free and will send leads to quote to craftsmen that is within 50 miles from suppliers’ shop.
  2. The National Membership is $19.99/Month or $200/year and include national lead generation and visibility to quote potential customers from all around the US. The leads will be sent via email and will provide a quote template to submit a bid to the prospect.
  3. The Branded National Membership is $29.99 per month or $300/year and includes national leads but gives you a branded logo and site link site on the craftsman network page as well as a 2-sentence bio on the partner page.
  4. Premium Membership is $49.99 per month or $400/year and includes all branded national membership but also includes 1 1-2-minute video on Partner spotlight and a paragraph bio on the partner page for premium partners.

Leads:

All national leads will be provided to the craftsmen regardless of the membership level.   The Branded national and Premium membership have additional opportunities for branding and viability on the website.

Progress Pictures:

The craftsman will provide at minimum, two progress pictures via email to the Pinit furniture project manager and customer to ensure quality and satisfaction. One picture at the midpoint and one picture at the completion of the job before pickup and delivery. If this doesn’t happen, then any modifications or customer satisfaction issues will be a cost on the supplier to remedy.

Payment Terms

Pinit Furniture agrees to pay within 15 days of payment from the customer. Pinit Furniture requires payment from 50% – 100% upfront payment from the customer before furniture is built.

Customer retention:

If a customer purchases through Pinit Furniture, we retain the customer relationship for 4 years. If that customer comes back to you directly, you must source the custom work through Pinit furniture to complete the transaction. After the 4 years of the initial order, the customer is free to have a direct relationship.

Product Defects and returns:

If the product has defects or damages that are not shown on the original or update picture, it is up to the craftsman to fix and correct these issues up to building a new furniture piece. In certain cases, if it is a customer satisfaction issue and not a quality issue, the return will be done by Pinit Furniture and will not be charged to the customer.

Furniture Branding:

Each craftsman is allowed to put its individual branding on the furniture.

Delivery of item:

Delivery will be coordinated between the supplier and Pinit Furniture.  If within 150 miles of supplier’s shop, Pinit Furniture will provide $125 to the supplier for delivery services if they want to deliver.  If outside that radius of 150 miles, it will be negotiated between Pinit Furniture and the supplier on a one-off cost basis.
